3P Talent Cultivation Model Reform for Vocational Education Teachers from English Majors

在实践型、实用型人才市场的拉动下,职教师资的培养已迫在眉睫。通过分析英语专业职教师资的人才供需矛盾现状,探讨如何定位创新实验区的人才培养模式,从而确立人才培养目标,并从课程设置、师资队伍建设和专业技能实践平台等方面深入探讨“3P”（profession-based以专业为基础、pedagogy-supported以教育学为依托、practice-oriented以实践为导向）型英语专业职教师资人才培养模式的可行性,并以创新实验区的具体做法为例证。

In the current talent market, practice-based and practical labor force is highly needed, and the cultivation of vocational education teachers become urgent. With the example of the detailed practice of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, this research explores how to locate the talent cultivation model reform, and set the talent cultivation objectives, and discusses the curriculum de- sign, teaching staff construction, and the vocational skill practice platform design to determine the feasibility of the talent cultivation model of ＂3P Style＂ for English majors, namely, profession-based, pedagogy-supported and practice-oriented.
