摘要
目前,关于自润滑涂层与家电涂料涂装的匹配性及其在苛刻环境下的化学稳定性、耐蚀性研究较少。在热镀锌板表面分别涂覆无铬钝化及自润滑涂层,采用盐雾试验、色差分析、FT-IR、XPS等手段对比研究了2种涂层的摩擦学性能、成形性能及耐蚀性能。结果表明:无油冲压过程中,热镀锌自润滑板在具有较低的摩擦系数及成形性能的同时还具有良好的耐蚀性,在高温高湿条件下具有较好的稳定性,与家电板材料现有涂装工艺的匹配性良好。这为热镀锌自润滑板在家电行业中的进一步推广提供了数据支持。
Free-chromate coating and self- lubricating coating were prepared on galvanized sheets, and their tribological properties, formability and corrosion resistance were characterized by salt-fog test, color difference analysis, FT-IR and XPS. Results showed that during oil- free stamping process, the self-lubricating galvanized sheets possessed lower friction coefficient, good formability and excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, under high temperature and high humidity condition, the self-lubricating galvanized sheets performed good stability, and matched well with the present painting technique for household appliance panel materials. Therefore, this work provided data support for further expand- ing the application of self-lubricating galvanized sheets on household electrical appliance industry.
