摘要
为了改进核电厂核岛设备用螺栓的磷化质量,通过试验研究,分析了磷化时间、磷化温度、磷化液酸比对核电设备用螺栓磷化层的影响规律。研究发现:磷化层的厚度和耐蚀性随磷化时间、磷化温度和磷化液酸比的增加而增加;随着磷化温度和酸比的增加,磷化层耐蚀性呈现先提升后降低的特征;推荐的磷化工艺参数为磷化时间15~20 min,磷化温度80~90℃,酸比6~10。
Effects of phosphating time, phosphating temperature and acid ratio on the quality of bolt phosphating layers of nuclear power equip- ment were analyzed. Results showed that the thickness and corrosion resistance of the phosphating layers were increased with the increase of phosphating time, phosphating temperature and acid ratio. With the increase of phosphating temperature and acid ratio, the corrosion resistance of phosphating layer was firstly increased and then decreased. Based on the experimental results, the recommended phosphating process para - meters were given as follows: phosphating time 15-20 min, phosphating temperature 80-90 ℃ and acid ratio 6-8.
