摘要
文中介绍采用集成化、模块化的设计思路和方法,研制了一种高度集成的L波段雷达超导接收机前端。以一体式超导开关滤波放大组件为核心部件,突破了超导-低温器件的小型化集成等关键技术,并实现超导接收前端12个信道的步进调谐选择功能,同时将整个前端的降温时间缩短至一小时内。样机与雷达系统进行联试及试用结果表明,该样机能够有效抑制雷达接收机带外干扰信号,提高了雷达目标探测能力。
In this paper, a superconductor receiver front end of L - band radar was developed based on integrated and modu- lar design idea and method. The key miniaturized integration technology in superconductivity and cryogenic device designing was broke through by using the integrated superconductor switch - filter - amplifier component as the core. The incremental tuning function between the 12 channels of the HTS receiver front end was achieved. And the cooling - down time was kept in one hour. The result of integration test and trial in the radar system shows that this prototype can efficiently reject the out - of - band inter- ference and improve the target detection capability of the radar receiver.
