摘要
在现代工业生产中,计算机计量软件在产品的测量工作中的应用十分广泛,软件中大量重复性手动操作和计算的工作可以通过编制自动化程序来自动完成,能极大的提高工作效率。Spatial Analyzer软件是一款应用于工程测量计算的3D计量软件,MP是SA软件里为用户开放的可以编译自运行测量以及计算步骤的功能。论文中介绍了SA软件的基本功能和界面;MP模块的界面和编程方法;超导腔产品测量的步骤和建立坐标系的方法。论文中还研究了如何通过MP模块编排加速器超导腔元件标定过程的测量步骤;提高工作效率和减少出错率;评价测量结果和计算测量尺寸;出具检测报告。
The use of computer measurement software is very extensive in the modern industrial production. Making auto- matic procedures can achieve large number of repetitive manual operation work and calculation work, it can greatly improve the working efficiency. Spatial Analyzer (SA) is a 3D metrology software used in engineering measurement and calculation. The function of MP is exoteric to the user, which can be arranged step with how to measure and calculate results. This paper intro- duced the basic functions and interface of SA software, the interface and programming methods of MP module, the procedure of measuring the superconducting cavity products and the method of constructing the coordinate system. It also studied how to ar- range the measurement procedure of the accelerator superconducting cavity components's fiducialization. It could improve work efficiency and reduce the error rate, evaluate the measurement result and calculate the measurement size, issue the inspection re- port.
