摘要
在国家大力倡导"大众创业,万众创新"的政策背景下,小微企业逐渐成为支撑经济社会发展的重要力量。为了充分发挥边疆民族地区小微企业对经济社会发展的积极作用,本文对该地区599位不同民族小微企业主感知成功因素进行了调查,并对17个成功变量的调查数据进行因子分析,提取了4个公因子,其中,"可控制的非管理特征"被视为是最重要的。结果表明,企业管理应注重培养管理者良好的人际关系能力,拥有较强竞争力的核心产品,培养良好的顾客服务能力,树立良好的诚信形象。本研究为企业实践和政府相关政策的制定提供了有力依据。
Small and micro enterprises have gradually become an important force to support economic and social development as Chi- na advocates the highly innovative policy. In order to give full play to the positive role of small and micro enterprises for the economic and social development in border ethnic areas, a survey was conducted to investigate the factors of the per- ceived success of 599 different small and micro enterprises in the region based on the review of relevant literatures and field surveys, and 17 success items could be broken into four factors, in which, the factor for controllable non-managerial items was seen as the most important factor. The result shows that enterprises should pay attention to cultivate the inter-personal relationship of the managers, possess competitive core products, develop the service capability, and establish credit image. This conclusion provides a strong basis for the formulation of relevant policies of the enterprise and the government.
