长输管道物流配送信息管理系统开发及应用

Development and Application of Long-distance Pipeline Logistics Information Management System

结合长输管道建设工程的物资配送管理实践,针对其点多线长、交通不便、物资总量较大、品种多杂、动态性强、调拨频繁等特点,分析了物流信息化现状及其中存在的问题,并介绍了中石化自主开发的长输管道物流配送信息管理系统的开发内容和应用状况。实践应用证明,该信息管理系统可实现长输管道物流信息管理更科学、更及时、更有序地进行,能减少管理人员和繁琐事务。

In this paper, in view of the characteristics of the long-distance pipeline construction projects, we analyzed the current status and existing problems of logistics informatization and introduced the content and application status of the long- distance pipeline logistics information management system independently developed by Sinopec. At the end, through practical application of the system, we demonstrated it was more scientific, time efficient and orderly with respect to the management of the long-distance pipeline logistics information.
