摘要
以辽宁轨道交通职业学院为例,结合学院实际进行人才培养方案的研究与设计,为高职院校铁路物流管理专业进行人才培养方案的改革和完善提供借鉴。
In this paper, in the case of Liaoning Guidaojiaotong Polytechnic Institute, we researched and designed the talent cultivation plan of the institute which was intended as the reference for the reform and improvement of the talent cultivation solution of the logistics management specialty of higher vocational institutes.
