摘要
《劳拉日记:瑞吉欧教育日记展评》是一部体现瑞吉欧幼儿教育理念的观察记录分析专著,它对于当下幼儿园教师撰写与使用观察记录具有指导意义。本文基于对该著作的解读,提出观察记录的撰写可遵循记录与解释结合、个体与整体结合、师幼结合、合作性等原则,并认为观察记录可作为儿童本位文化建设、教师反思文化建设、课程文化建设、评价文化建设、家园合作文化建设的载体。
The Diary of Laura:Perspectives on A Reggio Emilia Diary is an observational documentation book that embodies R.eggio's educational ideas. It is significant for teachers to learn to write and use observational documentation. Based on the interpretation of the book, the author proposes the principles for the observational documentation writing which includes the combination of record and interpretation, individual and group, teachers and children, and multi-dimensional cooperation. Observational documentation can also be used for the construction of children-based culture, teachers' reflection culture, curriculum culture, evaluation culture, and home-kindergarten cooperation culture.
