On the Writing of High Quality Preschool Education Journals

摘要 教育日记是观察、研究儿童,优化教育教学,促进教师专业发展的有效途径。本文针对当前幼儿园教师在教育日记写作中的不会取材、不会组织、不会升华等问题,借鉴优质教育日记的生活性、反思性、坚持性等特征,提出教师可从悉心体悟教育生活、提高写作技能、养成反思意识三方面着手提高教育日记写作的质量与能力。 Writing education journals is an effective way of observing and researching children. It also helps to improve education and teaching, and promote teachers' professional development. Presently, kindergarten teachers show inability to select contents, organize the materials, or distil their ideas. According to the features of education journals like fife, reflection and persistence, the authors suggest that teachers improve the quality of their education journals together with their ability from three perspectives: experiencing education life, improving writing skills, and cultivating reflection awareness.
