A Circuit of LED Constant Current Power Supply Applied in Automobile Lighting

提出了一种用于汽车照明的LED恒流供电电路,该恒流电路由供电电流设置、恒流控制、输出调整、电源转换四部分组成。供电电流设置利用精密稳压电源芯片产生一个可调的参考电压,在LED负载中串联一个线绕电阻并利用它产生一个反馈电压,将其与参考电压分别送入电压比较器中产生一个控制电压,利用其控制调整元件的压降,从而实现LED恒流供电的功能。该电路具有发光效果稳定、LED发光元件使用寿命长、自适用性强等优点。

This paper puts forward a circuit of LED constant current power supply lighting which consists of power supply current device, constant current control, output applied in the automobile regulation and power conversion. The power supply current device can achieve the function of LED constant current supply by producing an adjustable reference voltage with the help of a precise stabilized voltage power chip and a feedback voltage by a series connection of an LED load and wire-wound resistor which are sent to a voltage comparator respectively to get a control voltage that can control the voltage drop of the adjusting element. This circuit is widely used for its stable glowing effect and long working life of LED glowing elements.
