摘要
对铸造过程数值模拟关键技术进行了研究并进行SIMU-CAST铸造凝固过程模拟软件研发,软件能基于有限单元法进行凝固过程温度场、缩孔缩松等铸造缺陷的数值模拟。模拟过程充分考虑材料和边界条件等模拟参数的非线性特征,并考虑结晶潜热的处理。最后,对所开发软件计算的铸件凝固过程情况和国外Pro CAST商用铸造有限元分析软件计算结果及趋势进行对比,并结合实验结果进行分析。软件计算结果准确性及计算精度较高,铸件缩孔缩松预测结果基本准确,分析计算结果能满足工程实际应用,并在工厂实际浇铸生产应用中取得了良好效果。
We studied the technology of numerical simulation of casting, developed the SIMU-CAST numerical simulation software of solidification process of casting. The software has the function of numerical simulation of solidification process and shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage of casting based on FEM method. The material, boundary condition and crystallization latent heat were counted during simulation. We compared the results of simulation of SIMU-CAST, ProCAST and experiment. The accuracy and precision of results coincided with each other. The simulation results can guide production and raise productivity of casting.
