摘要
针对传统电机控制技术的不足设计了一套多型电机实时群控系统.系统由4台不同的电机组成,由智能型CPS控制与保护开关电器控制.上位机利用力控组态软件,采用Modbus-TCP通讯协议,实现电机的控制、保护、监测.测试表明,系统实现实时遥信、遥测、遥控、遥调等功能,提高了控制效率,简化了操作难度,提高了可靠性,可满足电机分布式控制要求.
This paper designs a multi type motors group real-time control system. It consists of four different types of motors which are controlled by the intelligent control and protective switching devices. In host computer, it uses the force control configuration software in motor ' s control. Modbus-TCP communication protocol is used in data communication. Tests show that the system can improve the control efficiency and simplify the operation difficulty and the reliability. It completely meets the requirements of distributed control.
