摘要
以企业的2 MW直驱风力发电机组为原型,研制一种学生、企业可用的兆瓦级直驱风力发电机组3D仿真培训装备.阐述了该装备的设计思路、总体构成、关键技术.该装备采用软硬件相结合的方式实现,设计了风力发电机组的安装、调试、维护、运行、监测等功能,可以为学校学生实践教学、企业员工培训、调试员预调试程序等工程提供一个良好的平台.
For students and enterprises, a 3D simulation training equipment of MW direct-driven wind power generation is designed based on the enterprise 2MW direct-driven wind power generation. The design ideas, overall structure and key technology are described. The equipment by combining software with hardware, which has some functions as the wind turbine installation, commissioning, maintenance,operation and monitoring, can provide a good platform for practice teaching of students, enterprise staff training, commissioning staff pre commissioning procedures and engineering.
