一次性灭菌洗胃组件包的研制应用及对中毒患者洗胃的效果研究

Development of Disposable Sterilized Gastric Lavage Package and Its Effect of Application on Poisoned Patients with Gastric Lavage

目的研制新型一次性灭菌洗胃组件包,观察其对洗胃时间及并发症的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2016年3月天津市滨海新区中医医院急诊科收治的急性口服毒物中毒患者66例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各33例。观察组使用一次性灭菌洗胃组件包,对照组按常规方法准备洗胃器械进行洗胃。记录两组洗胃准备时间、洗胃时间、洗胃总时间;观察两组洗胃中断、腹痛、咽喉肿痛、肺水肿、电解质紊乱/水中毒发生情况。结果观察组洗胃准备时间、洗胃时间、洗胃总时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);洗胃中断、腹痛、咽喉肿痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者肺水肿、电解质紊乱/水中毒发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用一次性灭菌洗胃组件包洗胃可缩短中毒患者抢救时间,减少并发症。

Objective To develop a new type of disposable sterilized gastric lavage package,and to observe its effect on the duration and complications of gastric lavage.Methods Sixty-six acutely poisoned patients due to ingesting a poison admitted to Department of Emergency,Tianjin Binhai New Area Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomized into an observation group and a control group with 33 patients in each.For gastric lavage,disposable sterilized gastric lavage package was applied to the observation group,while the conventional gastric lavage apparatuses were adopted in the control group.The preparation time,duration of gastric lavage,and total time required for gastric lavage of both groups were recorded.And the incidences of interruption of gastric lavage,abdominal pain,swelling and pain in throat,pulmonary edema,electrolyte disturbance / water intoxication in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter preparation time,duration of gastric lavage,and total time required for gastric lavage（ P〈0.01） and lower incidences of interruption of gastric lavage,abdominal pain,swelling and pain in throat（ P〈0.05）.No statistical significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of the incidences of pulmonary edema,electrolyte disturbance / water intoxication（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The rescue time can be shortened and incidence of complications can be reduced by using the disposable sterilized gastric lavage package in poisoned patients.
