摘要
为预测DCP200-4型船用多级泵的内部流动规律及提高汽蚀性能,对其内部流场进行数值模拟,通过定性和定量分析对诱导轮进行优化设计。结果表明,数值模拟可直观形象地分析多级泵内部流动规律,优化诱导轮可有效提高汽蚀性能。
In order to predict the inner flow motion and raise cavitation performance of DCP200-4 marine multistage pump,numerical simulation was adopted to analyze its internal flow field,and optimize the design of the inducer. The results showed that numerical simulation could analyze the inner flow law of multistage pumps well,and the optimized inducer could sublimate its cavitation performance effectively.
