摘要
考虑到电火花加工时需根据实际情况留出合理的放电间隙,并且在进给深度上对工具电极的损耗进行补偿,分析几例电火花加工技术在燃气轮机机匣制造上的应用,总结燃气轮机机匣材料与结构的升级改进技术,认为电火花加工技术会更广泛地应用于燃气轮机机匣制造中。
In the electrical discharge machining process,a reasonable discharge gap needs to be reserved according to practical situations,and compensation on the loss of a tool electrode is performed on the feeding depth. A number of application examples of the electrical discharge machining technique on manufacturing of gas turbine casings were enumerated. It can be concluded that this technique can be more widely applied to manufacturing of gas turbine casings along with up grading and improvement of the materials and structures.
