液货泵输送粘液的性能仿真与经验修正对比分析

摘要 以一台比转速为69的潜没式液货泵为对象,仿真计算其输送清水以及5种不同油介质时的性能,得到不同介质下的扬程曲线和效率曲线。结果表明,介质的粘度对离心泵的性能有明显的影响,随着介质粘度的升高,泵的扬程会降低,效率则降低更多;粘度还会改变泵的高效点,使高效点往小流量偏移。针对工程问题,推荐一种离心泵输送粘液的经验修正方法,与仿真结果对比,该方法能够满足工程应用的需求。 With a specific speed of 69 submerged cargo pump as the research object,the pump's transportation performance was simulated for water and 5 different oil mediums,to get the head curves and efficiency curves for all mediums. The results showed that the viscosity of the medium has a significant impact on the performance of centrifugal pump,as the viscosity increases the pump head is reduced,efficiency is reduced more quickly,and viscosity also alters the best efficiency point of the pump,make the point move to the small flow rate. For engineering issues,an empirical correction method for centrifugal pump transporting viscous liquid was recommended,by comparing the simulation results,it was found the empirical correction method can meet the needs of engineering applications.
