摘要
基于统计能量分析(SEA)方法,采用VA One软件建立钻井辅助驳船的声学模型,对该驳船舱室进行噪声预报,能量传递路径分析表明,非激励源舱室主要受结构噪声影响。选取机舱和某居住舱为对象,分别针对结构和空气噪声采取相应的降噪措施,对某居住舱阻尼减振措施进行优化分析,结果显示,降噪效果并非随阻尼层厚度的增加而线性增加,而是存在一最优值。研究验证了统计能量分析方法在船舶设计阶段对噪声预报和控制的适用性。
Based on statistical energy analysis(SEA) method,the VA One software was applied to establish the acoustic model of the drilling tender barge to forecast the level of cabin noise. By analyzing energy transmission path,it was found that the noise of non-excitation rooms is caused by structure-borne noise mostly. Taking generator room and a living room as the object,noise reduction measures for structure-borne and air-borne noise was applied respectively,and the vibration damping measures of a living room was optimized,showing that with the increment of the thickness of damping material,the noise reduction effect is not increased linearly,there exists an optimum thickness. The results proved that SEA method is suitable for the cabin noise prediction and control in the stage of ship design.
