摘要
介绍自升式海洋平台的升降系统及转矩监测系统,针对大吨位爬升小齿轮中传感器批量标定装置复杂昂贵的问题,设计出一种新的标定方法,利用ABS船级社型式试验工装进行标定,介绍新型标定方法的原理,并应用于电动齿轮齿条升降系统项目。
The jacking system and torque sensor of jack-ups was expatiated. For large tonnage climb pinion sensor,the calibration device was complicated and expensive,a new way for calibration was set forth by using classification society type test equipment to calibrate. The principle of the calibration method was elaborated. The method has been applied successfully in an actual electric jacking system project.
