深海大吨位起抛锚拖缆机静态张力测量方法 被引量:1

摘要 考虑到深海起抛锚拖缆机进行拖带作业时,缆绳上静态张力因为波浪、潜流、风载等因素会实时变化,缆绳载荷超限会危及拖缆机甚至整船的安全,需要精确地测量缆绳上静态张力并在线监测与显示,使得缆绳载荷超限时,可及时采取应急释放等安全措施,提出制动组件紧边拉力反馈法测量缆绳静态张力,拖缆机试验表明此测量方法的误差较小,说明此测量方法适用于大吨位拖缆机缆绳静态张力的测量。 On the towing condition,the static mooring line tension of deep sea anchor handling/towing winch is changing real-timely as the consequence of waves,underflows and winds. Loads on the mooring line exceeding the safety value can endanger the safety of winch and ship. So it is necessary to measure the tension precisely and to on-line monitor and display the tension value. Safety measures like emergency release could be taken in time when the load on the mooring line exceeds the safety value.A feedback method of brake assembly's tight side tension was proposed to measure the static mooring line tension. The testing data showed that the method is correct and effective for measuring the he static mooring line tension for the large-tonnage anchor handling/towing winches.
