两种预备方法在根管治疗诊间疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Endodontic Interappointment Pain between Two Methods of Root Canal Preparation

目的:观察Pro Taper、Mtwo两种系统根管预备后疼痛发生的情况,探讨根管治疗诊间疼痛的影响因素。方法:选取2013年9月-2016年3月在笔者所在医院就诊的牙髓炎患者105例作为研究对象(包括磨牙和前磨牙),随机将患牙分为A、B两组,A组选择Pro Taper系统,B组选择Mtwo系统,观察根管预备后是否出现疼痛及疼痛的程度、特点、持续时间。结果:两组疼痛发生率和持续时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Pro Taper和Mtwo系统在根管预备后疼痛率和持续时间差异无统计学意义,术中严格控制机械刺激,确保预备器械在根管工作长度内工作是降低术后疼痛的重要方法。

Objective： To observe the pain after mot canal preparation with either ProTaper or Mtwo, and discuss the influence facters of the endodontie interappointment pain.Method：＇ A total of 105 teeth with pulpitis, including molars and premolars, were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was treated with ProTaper system, and group B was treated with Mtwo system.The pain happening after root canal preparation were observed, including the characteristics, the degree and duration.Result： There was no singnificant difference in the incidence of pain and duration between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There is no significant difference in the incidence of pain and duration after root cancal preparation are observed between ProTaper and Mtwo system. Control the mechanical stimulation strictly, and ensure the preparation equipment working in root canal working length, is an important method of reducing postoperative pain.
