The innovation of the institution and technology is the necessity to the development of the culture industries. In the meantime, the rapid development of the culture industries provides the foundation and guarantee for innovation in the in- stitution and technology. The collaborative innovation in technology and institution is the strong protection to the healthy de- velopment of culture industries. This thesis summarizes the relationship and development logic between cultural industries and technology innovation, system innovation, putting forward the significance and necessity of collaborative innovation of technology and system about cultural industries, which is extremely important for the theory research and development prac- tice of the future cultural industries.
