摘要
基于组织双元结构观,通过企业案例的形式探讨探索性创新和挖掘性创新活动的四种整合模式,为企业消除两种创新活动的冲突,实现两种创新形式的协同整合提供对策思路。
On the basis of structural ambidexterity, the paper researches four integration patterns of coordinating two inno- vations by the case study. The integration patterns eliminate the conflicts of two innovations and put forward countermeas- ures of realizing the synergy effect of two innovations.
