摘要
在回顾波士顿的人才集聚措施的基础上,总结出其成功在于"合作共赢、产业集聚、推动创新"。中国可以借鉴波士顿的成功经验,完善现有的人才集聚政策。
Boston has abundant human resources because of its successful measures. Government attracts and cultivates tal- ents by policies and financial assistance. University, industry, non - government organization and venture capital are will- ing to cultivate and fund talents, in the meanwhile, cooperate with each other. In addition, Boston provides well social en- vironment to the talent. In a word, Boston succeeds in win -win cooperation, industrial cluster and promoting innovation. By reviewing talent measures of Boston, China can get enlightenment and improve its policies and measures.
