摘要 针对高校节能减排成果转化率低的现象,以高校节能减排成果转化效果为研究对象,从论文、项目和专利三个角度分析评价,揭示转化效率低的深层次原因;以多主体协同为切入点,构建政府、企业、高校的联动机制,实现多主体协同的高校科技成果转化生态模式,并提出了现实可行的具体政策建议。 In view of the low conversion rate of energy conservation and emissions reduction achievements, taking the transformation effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction achievements as the research object, from the perspective of papers, projects, and patent analysis and evaluation, the paper reveals the deep reason of low conversion efficiency. Taking the multi -agent collaboration as the breakthrough point, the linkage mechanism of the government, enterprises, colleges and universities should be built to realize the multi - agent collaborative mode of transformation of scientific and technologi- cal achievements of ecological environment. Finally, the paper puts forward some practical and feasible specific policy recommendations.
