摘要
通过全面回顾以往研究成果,对员工创新自我效能感的测量、影响因素与影响效应进行归纳概括,并对中国情境下员工创新自我效能感的未来研究方向提出展望,以期能对后续研究提供有益参考。
The creative self - efficacy provides a new perspective for the research of individuals＇ innovation behavior. On the basis of comprehensive review of former research, this paper systematically summed up the measurement, antecedents, consequences of creative self - efficacy, and provided prospects for future research of creative self - efficacy based on Chi- nese context, in order to inspire the future researchers.
