我国战略管理研究的回顾与进展

Review and Progress in Strategic Management Research

以CSSCI检索出的1998—2015年共18年的473篇战略管理研究的文献作为研究对象,通过Cit Space III、Ucinet及Spss软件,采用社会网络和聚类分析的方法进行计量分析。研究发现,(1)近18年我国战略管理研究可以分为探索研究阶段(1998—2003年)、全面发展阶段(2004—2009年)、稳定发展阶段(2009—2015年);(2)战略管理研究的知识基础聚类相对集中,形成以"战略管理"、"竞争战略"、"公共组织战略优化"、"企业经营"及"企业职能部门战略"五大聚类;(3)《经济管理》、《科技管理研究》及《外国经济与管理》刊物关于战略管理热点与"战略管理"学科热点相对一致,但不同的刊物各具特色侧重点相对差异。

By the means of social network analysis and cluster analysis, this dissertation was written to focus on the litera- ture on cultivated strategic management research through 473CSSCI papers during the years of 1998 -2015, a total of 18 years, using CitSpaceIII, Ucinet and Spss softwares to handle the datum. The study concluded the literature on cultivated strategic management research in the following four aspects： （1） over the last 18 years, the research on cultivated strategic management research in China can be divided into exploring and researching stage from 1998 to 2003, comprehensive de- velopment stage from 2004- to 2009, stable development phase from 2009 to 2015 ; （2） With mining knowledge of clustering being relatively concentrated, the research on cultivated strategic management research formed five clusters - ＂strategic management＂, ＂competitive strategy＂, ＂public organization strategy optimization＂, ＂enterprise management＂ and ＂enter- prise function＂ ; （3） Economic Management Journal, Science and Technology Management Research Journal, and Foreign Economics and Management Journal are relatively consistent on the focus of strategic management and strategic management discipline hotspots, but different publications have distinctive emphases differences.
