摘要 介绍一种由80C196KB单片机构成的埋弧自动焊机数字控制系统的软、硬件设计。焊接电源采用六相半波晶闸管整流电路,用不同方法计算偏差进行数字PI调节,获得恒流、恒压、陡降和缓降4种输出静特性。送丝速度通过2个PI调节器进行双闭环控制,分别进行电机电枢电压反馈和电弧电压反馈。埋弧焊调速和过程控制系统电路安装在操作盒内,通过串行通讯接口与焊接电源交换数据。研制的样机表现出良好的稳定性、可靠性和适应性,且具有焊接参数预置、记忆、锁定、数显以及自动引弧、收弧等功能。 The hardware and software d esign of a digital control system based on80C196KB MCU for submerged arc we lder is introduced in this paper.Controlled by PI algorithm with different er ror calculations,the welding power source made of six-phase half-wave thyrist or rectifier provides four kinds of static output characteristics which are co nstant current,constant voltage,quickly and slowly current descending.Two PI adjustors are applied for wire feeding velocity control,which performs mo tor armature voltage feedback and arc voltage feedback respectively.The control circuits in operating box transferred datum with power source by a serial commu nication interface.The welder presents good performance in stability,reliabili ty,adaptability,and many advantages such as welding parameters presetting,mem ory,locking,display,and automatic arc stricking and stopping.
