摘要 目的研究人参花中掺入三七花的鉴定方法。方法以HPLC法分别检测人参花,三七花,及自配的人参花与三七花的混合样品中的人参皂苷,并建立色谱图和特征图,发现人参花中含有人参皂苷Rg1和Re,三七花中不含有这两种人参皂苷;人参花中含有较微量的人参皂苷Rb3,三七花中含有较高含量的Rb3;通过观察样品中的Rb3的峰高变化、色谱图、特征图及Rg1+Re含量的比对,可判断出样品中是否掺入三七花。结果人参花和三七花都展现出各自特有的特征图;当人参花中掺入10%的三七花时,可明确检出Rb3的色谱峰,但Rg1+Re含量变化不明显;当人参花中掺入50%的三七花时,色谱图则呈现较高的Rb3的色谱峰,可与Re及Rd的峰高相当,而Rg1+Re含量不足人参花的一半。以此试验结果,在3份样品中成功鉴定1份样品人参花中掺入了三七花。结论该方法操作简便,较灵敏,准确,直观性强,可用于的人参花的纯度鉴别。 Objective To study the appraisal method of ginseng flower adding notoginseng flower. Methods: with HPLC method to detect the ginseng flower, notoginseng flower, and the mixed samples of ginseng flower adding notoginseng flower, the contents of ginsenosides were obtained,and the chromatograms and characteristics pattern were established;ginseng flower was found to contain ginseng saponin Rgl and Re, and notoginseng flowers don't contain these two kinds of ginseng saponin; Ginseng flower contains a trace of ginseng saponin Rb3, and higher concentration of Rb3 is contained in notoginseng flower, by observing the samples of the height of the Rb3 change, chromatograms, characteristics pattern and Rgl + Re content, whether the samples mixed with notoginseng flower can be determined. Results: Ginseng flower and notoginseng flower show its unique characteristic patterns; when adding 10% of notoginseng flower, the peak of Rb3 can be found distinctly; When adding 50% of notoginseng flower, higher of Rb3 peak presented, reached to peak height of Re and Rd. Based on results, 1 sample mixed with notoginseng flower was determined successfully in the 3 samples . Conclusion: the method Can be used for the identification of ginseng flower with the characteristics of a simple, sensitive, accurate, stronger intuitive.
