更年宁颗粒对去卵巢大鼠更年期综合征的影响

The Effect of Gengnianning Granules on Climacteric Syndrome in Ovariectomized Rats

目的探究更年宁颗粒对去卵巢大鼠更年期综合征的影响。方法取SD大鼠,通过去除卵巢方式制作更年期综合征模型,分别给予更年宁颗粒高、中、低剂量,并以坤宝丸作为阳性对照,假手术组为空白对照。连续给药30天后,摘取子宫称重后计算子宫指数,腹主动脉取血,测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)的含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠的子宫系数以及血清中的E2、LSH以及LH的含量均具有显著性差异;与模型组比较,更年宁颗粒高、中剂量组均能显著提高去卵巢大鼠的子宫指数及血清中E2的含量,显著能降低血清中FSH、LH的含量;更年宁颗粒低剂量组能够显著降低血清中LH的含量。结论更年宁颗粒对去卵巢大鼠的更年期综合征具有治疗作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Gengnianning Granules on Climacteric Syndrome in Ovarieetomized Rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups including Positive Control Group, Sham Operation Group, Low Dose Groups （0.375 g/kg）, Medium Dose Groups （ 0.750 g/kg） High Dose Groups （2.250g/kg） of Gengnianning Granules, In addition to Sham Operation Group, the other five groups of rats were performed to ovarian surgery, The rats were orally administered Gengnianning Granules continuously for 30 days. The weights of uteru were measureed, and the level of sex hormone were determined. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the uterine index and serum estradiol E2 levels in the model group not only were significantly lower; but also FSH and LH leve in serum were significantly higher. Compared with the model group,High Dose Groups and Medium Dose Groups can significantly increase the uterus index and serum estradiol E2 content, and significantly decrease the content of FSH and LH in serum. Low Dose Groups can significantlydecrease the content of LH in serum. Conclusion Gengnianning Granules can treat menopausal syndrome in ovariectomized rats.
