摘要
班主任所遭遇的污名对其自身的专业成长进行了负面的解构,突出表现为破坏性评议、负面性型塑、强制性施压以及结构性偏见等。这种解构来源于当代社会的信任危机以及学校教育的不良现象。因而深入探讨班主任所遭遇的污名化现象具有深刻的教育学意义。班主任走出污名化误区,理应从行为自律、专业自觉以及关系自为中重塑班主任身份。
The stigmatization that head teachers arc encountering gives the negative deconstruction for their professional development, such as destructive review, negative forming, forced pressure and structural bias. The deconstruction comes from the crisis of trust in contemporary society and the bad phenomenon of school education. It is of profound pedagogical significance to probe deeply into the "stigma" phenomenon encountered by head teachers. Out of the stigmatization, head teachers should reshape their identity from the behavior of self-discipline, the professional self-awareness and the relationship of self-reorganization.
