摘要
大型油罐罐底施工方法及焊接变形的控制各施工单位不尽相同,本文以5×104m3油罐施工为例,系统地介绍了油罐底的施工方法,并重点介绍了在罐底焊接过程中,采用手工电弧焊的方法,利用反变形、分段退焊法及多层多道焊,达到控制焊接变形的目的。
The ways of the construct io n of the large oil tank bottom and the control of welding deformation are variou s in different construction units.The construction way of large oil tank botto m is introduced systematically,with50000m 3 oil tank as an example which emphasis on the introduction of controlling wel ding deformation by way s of shielded metal arc welding,various stage reversion welding and multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
