目前,跨国、跨区域毒品犯罪增多,毒品犯罪网络构架日趋严密,因此,控制下交付被广泛应用于毒品犯罪案件侦查当中,成效显著。然而,实践中仍然存在一些问题,如控制下交付法律对接有障碍、情报分享不畅通、协作和取证意识薄弱等。应从完善法律、情报交流和协作等方面入手,解决相关问题,更有效地打击毒品犯罪。

At present, transnational and trans-regional drug crime increases and the network framework drug crime of is more tight therefore controlled delivery is widely used in drug crime cases investigation, leding to remarkable results. However, there are still some problems, such as controlled delivery of legal obstacles,docking collaboration and information sharing is not smooth, the awareness of evidence is weak. It should improve the legal, information exchange and cooperation and other aspects, to solve practical problems, in order to more effectively fight against drug crime.
