针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of needle-knife in the treatment of osteoarthritis in knee-joint

目的探讨针刀用于治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的治疗效果。方法 50例KOA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用电针治疗,观察组采用针刀治疗。对比两组疗效和止痛效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96%,高于对照组的76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刀治疗KOA具有较好的疗效和止痛效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore treatment effect of needle-knife in the treatment of osteoarthritis in knee-joint（KOA）. Methods A total of 50 KOA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received acusector for treatment, and the observation group received needle-knife for treatment. Comparison were made on curative effect and analgesic effect. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 96%, which was higher than 76% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale （VAS） score between two groups （P〉0.05）. Both groups had better VAS score after treatment than before treatment, and the observation group had better score than then control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Needle-knife shows good curative effect and analgesic effect for the treatment of KOA, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
