延期开放植骨治疗四肢性骨感染的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effects by deferred open bone grafting in the treatment of limbs bone infection

目的研究对比延期开放植骨治疗四肢性骨感染的临床效果。方法四肢性骨感染患者78例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用传统方法Ⅰ期清除病灶或者修复皮瓣,Ⅱ期植骨治疗,观察组采用Ⅰ期清创、延期开放植骨治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果和瘢痕愈合时间进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.87%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为76.92%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的瘢痕愈合时间为(11.3±1.4)周,对照组患者的瘢痕愈合时间为(18.7±1.5)周,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.5228,P<0.05)。结论延期开放植骨治疗可以明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To research and compare clinical effect by deferred open bone grafting in the treatment of limbs bone infection. Methods A total of 78 patients with limbs bone infection were divided by different treatment measures into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional measures for stage I focal clearance or skin flap repair and stage II bone grafting. The observation group received stage I debridement and deferred open bone grafting for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effect and scar healing time between the two groups. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 94.87%, and the control group had total effective rate as 76.92%. The observation group had better clinical effect than the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group had scar healing time as （11.3 ± 1.4） weeks, which was （15.7 ± 1.5） weeks in the control group. The observation group had obviously shorter time than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （t=22.5228, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deferred open bone grafting treatment can remarkably improve clinical curative effect for patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
