21及18三体综合征的产前超声筛查价值

Value of prenatal ultrasound screening in trisomy 21 and 18 syndrome

目的探讨超声在21及18三体综合征产前筛查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析55例21三体综合征及23例18三体综合征胎儿的产前超声声像图。结果产前超声对21三体综合征的检出率为82%(45/55);对18三体综合征的检出率为91%(21/23)。结论产前超声作为一种无创、简便的检查方法 ,对21及18三体综合征产前诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To explore application value of prenatal ultrasound screening in trisomy 21 and 18 syndrome. Methods Retrospectively analyze prenatal ultrasonic ultrasonographic of 55 cases of trisomy 21 syndrome and 23 cases of trisomy 18 syndrome. Results Detectable rate of trisomy 21 syndrome by prenatal ultrasound was 82% （45/55）, and 91% （21/23） for trisomy 18 syndrome. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound, as a noninvasive and convenient examination method, shows great significance for diagnosis of trisomy 21 and 18 syndrome.
