硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗早发型子痫前期的效果及对母婴预后的影响

Effect by magnesium sulfate combined with small dose of aspirin in the treatment of early-onset preeclampsia and its influence on maternal-fetal prognosis

目的研究硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗早发型子痫前期的效果以及对母婴的影响。方法 52例早发型子痫前期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例。观察组患者接受硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗;对照组患者接受硫酸镁治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者肝、肾功能损害、子痫、早产分别为2、1、0、2例,均少于对照组的9、7、4、10例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿窒息3例、新生儿低体重3例,均少于对照组的9、14例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗重度子痫前期有助于改善患者临床症状,降低早产、子痫等不良妊娠结局的发生率,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To research effect by magnesium sulfate combined with small dose of aspirin in the treatment of early-onset prceclampsia and its influence on maternal-fetal prognosis. Methods A total of 52 patients with early-onset preeclampsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 26 cases in each group. The observation group received magnesium sulfate combined with small dose of aspirin for treatment, and the control group received magnesium sulfate for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had 2 cases with liver function damage, 1 case with kidney function damage, 0 case with eclampsia and 2 cases with premature delivery, which were all less than 9, 7, 4 and 10 cases in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had 3 cases with neonatal asphyxia and 3 cases with low newborn body weight, which were alI less than 9 and 14 cases in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of magnesium sulfate and small dose of aspirin in treating severe preeclampsia is helpful to improve clinical symptoms in patients, and reduce incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of premature delivery and eclampsia. This method contains good value for application.
