品管圈活动对乳腺癌术后肢体功能锻炼缺失率的影响

Effect of quality control circle activities on limb function exercise loss rate of postoperative breast cancer

目的探讨品管圈活动对于乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能锻炼缺失率的影响。方法 102例乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组运用品管圈活动进行护理。比较两组护理满意度及肢体功能锻炼缺失率。结果观察组肢体功能锻炼缺失率为13.7%,低于对照组的35.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.1%,明显高于对照组的84.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动对乳腺癌术后肢体功能锻炼缺失率有显著影响,可提高患者对护理的满意度,减少肢体功能锻炼缺失的情况。

Objective To explore effect of quality control circle activities on limb function exercise loss rate of postoperative breast cancer. Methods A total of 102 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received quality control circle activities for nursing. Comparison were made on nursing satisfaction degree and limb function exercise loss rate. Results The observation group had limb function exercise loss rate as 13.7%, which was lower than 35.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had nursing satisfaction degree as 96.1%, which was higher than 84.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle activities shows clear effect for limb function exercise loss rate of postoperative breast cancer, which can improve nursing satisfaction of patients, and reduce occurrence of limb function exercise loss.
