Let R be a 2- torsion free commutative ring with identity, In this paper the decomposition of an arbitrary BZ derivation to the Lie algebra L4 （R） of all 4 × 4 antisymmetrie matrices overR and a sufficient and necessary condition for a BZ derivation to be an inner derivation are given.
