番石榴叶多酚分离纯化工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用AB-8、S-8、D151、X-5 4种树脂,探讨对番石榴叶中多酚的吸附和解吸条件。结果表明,各种树脂对该多酚的静态吸附效果顺序为S-8>AB-8>X-5>D151,解吸效果为AB-8>X-5>D151>S-8。AB-8树脂是番石榴叶多酚分离纯化的适宜的吸附剂。最佳柱层析条件为上柱液浓度为浓缩2倍原提取液,上柱流速为3 BV/h,上柱pH4.5,洗脱剂为80%乙醇,洗脱流速为2 BV/h。 Four types of resin (AB-8, S-8, D151,X-5) were used in the adsorption and desorption tests of guava leaf polyphenols. Theorder of different resins static adsorption effect of the polyphenols was S-8〉 AB-8〉 X-5〉 D151, and the desorption order was AB-8〉 X-5〉 D151〉 S-8.The experimental results indicated that AB-8 resin was a suitable adsorbent forseparation and purification of guava leaf polyphenols. The amount of the dynamic adsorption to the guava leaf polyphenols on AB-8 colunm was reduced by the decreasion on the sample concentration and the increasion of the flow velocity. The appropriate flow rate 3 BV/h, pH4.5, and the elution peak was found at 80 % ethanol by 2 BV/h flow rate of elution.
