摘要
昆虫蛋白资源是目前世界上最为丰富的蛋白质资源,同时昆虫蛋白具有多种的生物学活性。本研究采用蝉蛋白、蚕蛹蛋白、蚂蚁蛋白3种昆虫蛋白共同制备蛋白质功能饮品,配合健美运动员进行3个月的训练,分析昆虫蛋白的功能活性。结果表明:试验结束后,试验组运动员的免疫球蛋白含量较对照组运动员明显提高(P<0.05),淋巴细胞分群情况优于对照组运动员(P<0.05),身体基本成分和肌肉状态明显优于对照组运动员(P<0.05),有氧功和无氧功均高于对照组运动员(P<0.05),另外,在试验过程中无任何不良反应事件发生,证明昆虫蛋白对运动员免疫力、肌肉状态和运动水平有正调节作用。
Insect protein resources is the most abundant protein resources in the world, while insect protein having much biological activity. Cicadas protein, pupa protein and ant protein were jointly producing a protein drink with bodybuilders for three months of training, the functional activity of insect protein was analyzed. The results showed that:in the end ofexperiment, the immunoglobulin content of the experimental groupwasen- hancedsignificantlythan the control group (P〈0.05), the classification of lymphocytes result of the experimental group wasbetter than the control group (P〈0.05), the basic body composition and muscle status of the experimental group wasbetter than the control group (P〈0.05), aerobic power and anaerobic power of the experimental group washigher than the control group (P〈O.05), in addition, during the experiment without any adverse events, proof insect protein for athletes immunity, muscle state and sport level have a positive regulatory role.
