摘要
我国科研工作者已对ACE抑制肽进行了一系列的研究。主要从食源性ACE抑制肽的蛋白来源、预处理、制备、分离纯化和加工利用等方面进行综述。
Chinese researchers have made a series of research on ACE inhibitory peptides. The protein sources, pretreatment, preparation, purification and processing of ACE inhibitory peptides derived from food were reviewed.
