Condition based maintenance of electric power equipment based on Internet of things technology

摘要 目的:和一般电力设备状态检修相比,基于物联网技术的状态检修优势特点明显。方法;首先结合物联网收集的信息确定检修方案,再介绍了物联网技术在电力设备全周期管理中的应用,最后对比分析了基于物联网技术的状态检修和一般检修。结果:基于物联网技术的状态检修除了保障检修更高效智能、信息数据更安全可靠之外,还提高了检修工作效率、降低了人力资源浪费等。结论:由于基于物联网技术的电力设备状态检修优势明显,所以对其进行深入研究有重要的现实意义和应用价值。 Objective: compared with the condition based maintenance of electric power equipment,the advantages of condition based maintenance based on Internet of things are obvious.Method: first of all,combined with information collecting things determine the maintenance plan,and then describes the applications of the Internet of things technology in electric power equipment life cycle management.At last,through the comparison of the analysis based on the networking technology of condition based maintenance and overhaul. Results:Based on the Internet of things,the condition based maintenance is more efficient,more secure and reliable,and it also improves the efficiency of maintenance work and reduces the waste of human resources.Conclusion: the advantages of power equipment condition based maintenance based on Internet of things is obvious,so it has important practical significance and application value.
