摘要 随着现代机械设备的发展,逐步地走向了智能化水平,这就给我们的进行机械的故障诊断带来了更高的挑战,目前研发出的智能化故障诊断系统解决了传统的诊断方式的缺陷,其自动的监测功能能够避免因诊断不及时而造成的经济损失。本文对数据挖掘中使用特别广泛的决策树算法在机械故障中的应用研究。通过对传统的决策树了解,根据目前的基础进行研究,找出精度更高的决策树计算方法,从而可以实现对机械设备进行实时检测诊断的目的。 With the development of modern machinery and equipment,gradually toward the intelligence level,which gives us a mechanical fault diagnosis brings greater challenges,fault diagnosis system of the machine is also accompanied by the rapid development,currently developed intelligent fault diagnosis system avoids the shortcomings of traditional diagnostic methods,its automatic monitoring function can prevent timely diagnosis is not caused economic losses,the paper particularly widespread use of decision tree algorithms in data mining application of mechanical failure in.Firstly,the traditional understanding of the decision tree,and then based on the current basis of research to find out more precise calculation method of decision tree,which can achieve the purpose of the mechanical equipment in realtime detection and diagnosis.
