摘要
结合服装样板制作与服装排料消耗人力、时间等较多的现状,对其基本理论与关键技术进行深入探讨。基于服装打板与排料概念介绍之下,对参数设计基本内容和Open Cas Cade系统模块功能进行详细阐述,最终深入分析遗传算法的优点和工作原理。就服装打板与服装排料工作效率、制作成本来讲,一方面提高了服装设计的工作效率,另一方面减少了服装制作成本。服装CAD软件的应用很大程度减少了服装厂员工的工作强度,减少了工作时间,帮助人们跳脱繁琐的手工生产阶段,从事更具创新价值的工作。
Objective: To study the basic theory and the key technology in combination with the current situation of the clothing model making and the consumption of the clothing material,the time and so on.Methods: Based on clothing beater and nesting concept the and the parameters design basic content and functions of open Cas Cade system module in detail,the final in- depth analysis of the working principle and advantages of genetic algorithm.Results: beater of apparel and clothing row material work efficiency and production cost in terms of,on the one hand,improve the efficiency of clothing design,on the other hand reduces the cost of clothing production.Conclusion:the application of garment CAD software greatly reduces the work intensity of the garment factory staff,reduces the working time,and helps people to jump off the tedious manual production stage,and is engaged in the work of more innovative value.
