银川市三甲医院不同专科护士化疗职业防护现状调查分析

A Survey on Nurse's Occupational Protection Status of Nurses in 3 First Level General Hospitals of Yinchuan

目的调查3所三甲医院临床科室护士化疗职业防护状况,分析其相关影响因素,为改善银川市三甲医院临床护士化疗职业防护提供真实的临床依据。方法使用自制调查表对银川市三所三甲医院近两年内有过职业配制抗肿瘤药物383名临床护士进行调查。结果肿瘤专科组和非肿瘤专科职业危害的发生率均较高;在抗肿瘤药物配制过程中,肿瘤专科组的护士在正确防护、防护用具使用依从性等方面均较好于非肿瘤专科组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论银川市三甲医院不同专科临床护士化疗职业防护情况均较差,应加强管理改善防护,保证护士的职业健康。

Objective To investigate the status of nursing staff of three first level general hospital about chemotherapy occu- pational prevention and protection, to analyze the relevant factors ,for the formulation of reasonable and effective chemotherapy on nurse occupation protection measures to provide reference.Methods By questionnaire survey,questionnaire was anonymously dis- tributed to 383 nurses from 3 hospitals in Yinchuan city.The surveyed contents contained occupational exposure hazard of nurses in three first level general hospital.Results Protective measures are not in place,oncology group results better than non-oncology ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nurses should attach great importance to their occupational hazard,en- hance protection awareness and prepare preventive self-protective measures.
