改良式全自动清洗消毒机在降低复用消毒物品交叉感染中的价值研究

摘要 目的观察改良式全自动清洗消毒机在降低复用消毒物品交叉感染中的效果。方法统计我院使用改良式全自动清洗消毒机期间500个复用湿化瓶(观察组)的清洗消毒效果以及交叉感染的情况,并将其与使用人工清洗消毒(对照组)500个复用湿化瓶的相关统计数据进行比较。观察两组的清洁度、消毒效果的合格率以及损耗率。结果对照组的清洁度和消毒效果的合格率分别是94.0%、96.0%;观察组的清洁度和消毒效果的合格率都是100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组损耗了6个复用湿化瓶,损耗率为1.2%;对照组损耗了38个复用湿化瓶,损耗率为7.6%。观察组的损耗率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式全自动清洗消毒机操作简便,能有效提升复用消毒物品的清洗、消毒效果,降低损耗率,具有较好的实用性、重现性。同时起到了较好的社会效益,减轻了工作人员的工作量、加快了工作效率,为医院开展感染管理工作提供了更为有效的控制措施,应加以推广使用。 Objective Observation of modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine disinfecting effect in reducing reuse items cross infection.Methods Statistics hospital use of modified automatic cleaning 500 multiplexed wet bottle(observation group)and the disinfecting effect of the case of cross-contamination during cleaning disinfection,and the use of artificial cleaning and disinfection(control group)500 multiplexed wet bottle of relevant statistical data for comparison.Observe cleanliness, disinfection pass rate and the loss rate of the two groups.Results Cleanliness and disinfection pass rate of the control group were 94.0%, 96.0%; cleanliness and disinfection pass rate of the observation group were 100.0% ,significantly higher than the control group, many differences between the two groups has statistics significance (P〈0.05).Observation group loss of six multiplex wet bottle,loss rate of 1.2%; control group loss of 38 multiplexed wet bottle,the loss was 7.6%.Loss rate were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Modified automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine easy to operate, can effectively improve the cleaning, disinfection reuse disinfection of goods, reduce the rate of loss has better practicability, reproducibility.At the same time played a better social benefits, reducing the workload of staff, speed up the work efficiency, hospitals infection control provides a more effective control measures, should be widely used.
