微信延续性护理在踝关节骨折患者术后功能恢复中的应用

Application Effect of We Chat Continuity Nursing on Postoperative Functional Recovery of Patients with Ankle Fracture

目的探讨微信延续性护理在踝关节骨折患者术后功能恢复中的应用。方法选取我院2013年6月至2014年5月收治的40例踝关节骨折患者为对照组,仅给予出院指导和常规电话随访。2014年6月至2015年5月收治的40例踝关节骨折患者为观察组,给予微信延续护理。比较两组出院3个月后的踝关节恢复情况、自我管理行为及护理满意度。结果观察组出院后3个月时的AOFAS评分高于对照组,优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在症状管理实践、与医生沟通、运动锻炼方面的管理行为好于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信延续性护理能够提高踝关节骨折患者院外自我管理行为,促进踝关节功能的恢复,改善护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of We Chat continuity nursing on postoperative functional recovery of patients with ankle fracture.Methods 40 cases of ankle fracture discharge patients from June 2013 to May 2014 were the control group, and they were only received discharge instruction and telephone follow-up.40 cases of ankle fracture discharge patients from June 2014 to May 2015 were the observation group,and they were given WeChat continuity nursing,and the two groups were com- pared of the ankle joint recovery, self management behavior and nursing satisfaction after 3 months of discharged.Results The AO- FAS score in the observation group after 3 months of discharge was higher than that in the control group, the excellent and good rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The symptom management practice, communication with the doctor, exercise behavior in the observation group was better than that in the control group, nursing satisfac- tion was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion WeChat continuity nursing can improve the self-management behavior of ankle fracture patients, promote the recovery of ankle joint function, and im- prove the nursing satisfaction.
