前列地尔注射液联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Effect of alprostadil injection combined with xueshuantong injection on acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察急性脑梗死患者应用前列地尔注射液和中成药注射用血栓通联合治疗的效果。方法:对本院急性脑梗死70例患者依据治疗时所用不同方案分成两组,均为35例,对照组应用单纯前列地尔注射液医治,观察组联合中成药注射用血栓通医治,观察与比较两组功能恢复、脑动脉血液流变学及不良反应情况。结果:观察组功能恢复各项指标评分均比对照组高,且血浆黏度等血液流变学指标水平(2.25±0.30)m Pa·s均比对照组(2.50±0.46)m Pa·s优(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率5.71%对照组的8.57%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者应用前列地尔注射液和血栓通联合治疗能够促进功能恢复,优化患者脑动脉血流指标,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the effect of alprostadil injection combined with Chinese traditional patent medicine xueshuantong injection on treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were equally divided into 2 groups according to different therapeutic regimens used. Patients in the control group were administered with alprostadil injection only, while patients in the observation group were treated with the combined alprostadil injection with xueshuantong injection. The function recovery, hemorheology cerebral artery and adverse reactions of patients in both groups were compared. Results： Various index scores of functional recovery in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, hemorheology level, of plasma viscosity was （2.25 ± 0.30）mPa＇s, higher than（2.50±0.46）mPa-s in the control group （P〈0.05）; the respective total adverse reaction rate was 5.71% and 8.57% in observation group and control group, which was of no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Alprostadil injection combined with Chinese traditional patent medicineXueshuantong injection can not only improve the functional recovery of patients with acute cerebral infarction, optimize the hemorheology indicators, but also reduce the adverse reactions.
